Michael C. Giordano is pleased to announce the opening of his new office in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania for the general practice of law, including the practice areas of Business Law, Elder Law, Real Estate Law, and Trusts, Wills and Estates. His practice will be predominantly focused on serving the needs of individuals, businesses and institutions in the Mechanicsburg area of Cumberland County, including Mechanicsburg Borough and the townships of Hampden, Upper Allen, Lower Allen, Monroe, Silver Spring, East Pennsboro and Monaghan.

Prior to opening his own office, Michael C. Giordano spent almost 20 years combined at the New York City offices of several large multinational law firms as well as a mid-sized Insurance boutique firm. Prior to that experience, he worked for a Reinsurance broker and several NY money center banks. In those prior roles he provided counsel to various financial institutions, predominantly insurance companies and banks, on a variety of matters including regulated business transactions, regulatory compliance, privacy matters, licensing, strategic business planning, and development of regulatory and legislative policies. He has also represented insurers before various state insurance regulators, including compliance and market conduct matters.
